Our curriculum is designed to provide a broad, balanced and relevant programme of study for all. We strive to inspire an enthusiasm for learning, with the understanding that continued learning is important to living in the modern world, which encourages every student to reach the highest possible academic standards.

East High College follows the West African Examination Council (WAEC) curriculum and the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) curriculum. We present students for Basic Education Curriculum Examination at the end of Year 9 (JSS3).

The students also sit for West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE), Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at the end of Year 12 (SS3).

We also prepare our students for SAT and TOEFL examinations for entries into universities in North America.
